Lidar heights (in progress)

Heights from the lidar can be accessed in the table below.  The lidar tends to pick out the inversion base.
Comparisons of aircraft profiles with lidar runs were done (June 7, 19, 23, 29).
I adapted Linda Strom's routines, which she was kind enough to share with me, which select the peak of backscatter gradient as the BL height.  Mostly I just made them run faster; Linda did the lion's share of developing them.
I will extract the other flight's heights soon.
